The apartment is superbly located in the city centre. It is just minutes walk from a myriad of dining experiences in the Braddon precinct and an abundance of shopping options in Civic. It is just a few minutes drive to Parliament House, The Australian War Memoria or National Museum, just to name a few. This two bedroom apartment is stylishly furnished with modern, quality furniture. Both good sized bedrooms come with queen beds with an additional sofa bed in the lounge room for extra guest. Guests will enjoy the convenience of two beautifully appointed bathrooms which are supplied with body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Bath towels, hand towels & bath mates are also provided. Guest will have the use of the complex's shared 25 metre indoor lap pool, a gym & sauna. We have provided additional towels for use at the pool. Guest will find them located in a cupboard in the entry hall. There is also a public bar and restaurant on the ground floor that have received excellent reviews or guest can take a one minute walk to Lonsdale street where they will find a large selection of cafes, bars & restaurants. Parking There are two car parks for the use of guest in the underground secure carpark at no additional charge Wi-Fi is provided as is Netflix. There is also a smart TV which has a number of apps that could be used if you wanted to sign into them with your own paswords while visiting. Sofa Bed Guest will need to set up the sofa bed when they want to use it as its design does not allow us to make it pre-visit. Linen, pillows & bath towels etc can be found in the cupboard in the entry hallway. To set up the sofa bed simply pull the set section out and rotate the back rest into a flat position and push together. When making the sofa bed please use the mattress protector. Guest will have use of the whole apartment. We are residence of Canberra and not far from the (Website hidden by Airbnb) will always respond to messages as soon as we can and in cases of emergencies don't hesitate to call us on the mobile The apartment is an easy five minute walk to the CBD or if you prefer you can catch the light rail which has a station just in front of the building and it will take you the few blocks to the CBD.
