Well furnished room in quiet house. Suited for working professional and visitors visiting the city. Particularly suitable for people over 25 who do not want to be in a student house. Situated 5 minute drive away from QE Hospital and University Of Birmingham and a Asda superstore near the end of the road. Free superfast Wifi wireless! My car park is currently unavailable due to damaged gates. Large warm room with comfortable double bed. Bedding and fresh towels . Coffee and selection of Tea's are provided in the kitchen area. There's plenty of space for storage large built in empty wardrobe with hangers and ironing board, cabinets units all around. Desk, mirrors and hairdryer. Own room, Shared bathroom/shower toilet. We do not offer breakfast but coffee and variety of teas and milk are available in the shared kitchen. The kitchen with shelf space and shelf space in refrigerator. Space to prepare your own food/snacks. Keys will be dropped off on your arrival and collected when your leaving. Happy to help with directions, anything etc. Just call me! But will respect and leave you in your own privacy unless you need me. The house car park is currently unavailable due the damaged gate, however there are free parking spaces outside of my house on the side road.
