I will send you a payment request via Airbnb so that you don't have to worry about exchanging money on your arrival. TOUR SERVICES: Beside of airport transfer, I also provide tour service to all famous destination of Viet Nam such as Ha Long, Sapa, Ninh Binh... If you would like to book any tour, just let me know so that I could give you the best advice. STAIRS: Located on the 3rd floor with helix staircase, you have to climb some stairs to reach the place. So, please fully aware about this point if you're travelling with big suitcase. NOISE: As located in the center of the center, surrounded by restaurants and bars, noice might be included in the package. Please fully aware if you are a light sleeper/picky guests. Repeat, repeat: This will not an ideal place for light sleeper/ old people/ picky people due to the noise. LAUNDRY: We don't having washing machine but I could recommend you my laundry service provider who offer a very reasonable price (30.000vnd/kg). You can contact them directly.
