No med cert required but we take all the precautions and expect you to do the same. Airy one-bed - high ceilings, own outdoor deck, private kitchen and bathroom with bidet. You can control electricity usage - price is EXCLUSIVE ELECTRICITY but inclusive WiFi and all other utilities. A small refundable deposit is required. Pets allowed subject to rules, inquire first. We leave the space vacant at least 24hrs in between guests and our cleaning routine involves multiple rounds of disinfection. One-bedroom apartment with high ceilings throughout. The kitchen (and everything else) is private, not shared with other guests. Bedroom has AC. Non-AC kitchen and living area. Electricity deposit depends on length of stay. Sample electricity deposit for 3-day stay is Php 1500. The submeter is outside kitchen window. Outdoor deck is a lovely, windy place especially in the evenings. Ring the bell at the main gate. Your gate is private, you won't bump into anyone coming or going. You will receive two keys, one for your gate and one for your unit I give my guests plenty of privacy but am only a text message away. Our place is located in a simple, family-friendly village whose residents have been here for generations. Enjoy a pleasant afternoon walk to get to know a village with a genuine community feel, and discover its little gems for yourself. There's a little tiangge store that sells hot, freshly-baked pandesal at 5am, and other tiangges that sell ice cream, delicious turon (fried banana wrap), fishball and BBQ. SM City BF as well as three major supermarket chains are less than 10 minutes' drive away. We have easy access to public transport from our village. - We're less than 20min away from NAIA Terminal 3 (Cebu Pacific terminal) via Skyway by car or taxi. - A short tricycle ride away from SM City BF, Shopwise and Robinson's Supermarket. - UV Express shuttles just outside our village go northeast via the highway to Makati (Pasay Road, Landmark, Greenbelt, etc) and northwest along Dr A Santos Ave to Lawton/Manila/Quiapo. - A jeepney shuttle station at the front of the village goes to Alabang/Muntinlupa via a shortcut using private roads within BF Homes. Hot water ------------- The shower heater is water- pressure controlled. Our area of Paranaque is a low-water pressure area, being set on relatively high ground (so we are NOT prone to flooding). Hot water in the shower is available from around 9pm to 6am, or whenever Maynilad (exclusive water supplier of Paranaque) provides sufficient water pressure. I am so sorry for this inconvenience. Electricity usage ---------------------- Average consumption for guests who use the AC only when sleeping is 100pesos or so per day. There are guests who don't use AC at all and end up with just a 400peso bill after a whole month's stay. Please note, 24hr use of AC may reach 250pesos in one day, depending on temperature setting, number of guests, a forgotten open window etc. The submeter is just outside your door and the rate is only 11.00/kwh. The unit is adjacent to another smaller guest unit on the property. Wifi ------ WiFi is PLDT Home Fibr (high speed fiber optic) but is shared between the units so speeds may vary. Pets ------ Well-groomed pets allowed on short stays but this will require one extra day of cleaning, sometimes more, regardless of how clean the room was left. Pls inquire before booking. Deposit ---------- We ask for a security/electricity deposit upon arrival. Php 2000 for up to 5 days' stay. For longer stays, pls message me. Electricity usage is deducted from deposit and the rest is returned to you upon checkout. Hot water ------------- The shower heater is water- pressure controlled.
