At Portuguese Soul Alfama, you will be immersed in an awe-inspiring environment with its ornate golden decor, intricately decorated ceilings, vintage furniture, and striking crystal chandeliers. Bedding and towels are provided, as well as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and body lotion. There is also Wi-fi, cable TV, air conditioning, coffee machine, toaster and a hair dryer. Portuguese Soul Alfama is comprised of four apartments (I, II, III and IV) that are rented out individually (with a capacity of 10, 6, 2 and 2 people respectively) or together (20 people). In case you prefer, you may opt for the Self Check-in as we have a door opening system by code. Early check-in and late check out when possible, with no extra fee Home alarm system and safe box. Brief summary of our main key procedures: NO BACK TO BACK STAYS: Between stays, our apartments remain empty for a total of 24 hours. SELF CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT: Our Check-in will be preferably non-face-to-face since all our apartments have a door opening system by code. TRAINING FOR ALL EMPLOYEES, NAMELY CLEANING TEAM When entering our apartments all employees are equipped with the appropriate PPE. They were informed about the importance of hygienization of hands, respiratory etiquette and social conduct. They were trained on how to comply with the guidelines of the General Health Directorate for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and laundry treatment. REINFORCED MEASURES OF CLEANING AND DISINFECTION Cleanliness is more important than ever. We reinforced our already high standards of cleanliness in the apartment and we hygienize all the environmental surfaces (through a process of cleaning and disinfection). All our bed linen and towels are taken and washed in a referenced laundry, which uses high temperatures and professional dryers. SPECIALLY FOR YOU There are alcohol-based disinfectant hand sanitizers at the entrance. We have PPE available to guests (individual hand sanitizers and masks) for using when going out of the property. There are also cleaning and disinfectant products available.
