Angies Den - quirky cabin with views & hottub

PLEAE NOTE CHECK IN IS 3pm & WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER EARLY CHECK IN AT THIS TIME A quirky log cabin set in the large garden of our home .Once your in the cabin it is NOT visible from our house ensuring your own space . However we do live in a village and we do have neighbours The space is a large open plan living area with 1 sofa & a double bed with a quality mattress TV ,Central Heating & Free standing fire. A small table with 2 tub chairs and a bar with 2 bar stools . Seperate bathroom with wc , sink & shower.Toileteries are provided along with fresh towels. Small bar/kitchen area ,honesty bar available (pay for what you use) sink , fridge,microwave,kettle & toaster . Cafetiere ,cups ,plates, dishes, glasses & cutelery are also available. Fresh & instant coffee , tea ,sugar and milk supplied. Outside decking area with spectacular views of the sea and rolling countryside, complete with BBQ area ( bbq not supplied ) & garden furniture . Please note we do live in a village , we do have neighbours and at times there could be the sound of children playing . Strictly no noise after 10pm . Wifi is available in the den as is an Amazon dot for your music requirements, however one thing to note is that we live in rural Wales and not the city , generally access to the internet its very good but if the bandwidth is overloaded with devices it will be slow and intermittent . Strictly no noise after 10pm. Inside the den there is a full set of drums , guitars and other musical equipment which belong to my husband , you are more than welcome to have a go , play your jam ! all we ask is that you respect the equipment . Strictly no noise after 10pm HOT TUB now situated on the decking Please note the HOT TUB is now available all year round Strictly no noise after 10pm. Guests have sole access to the whole space ,hot tub & top garden . We may need to do jobs in the garden during your stay however we will always try our best to avoid this if possible . We love to socialise & like nothing more than meeting new friends ! Weather permitting we are always up for a bbq so if it s burning your welcome to join us . We also respect your privacy so interaction can be as much or as little as you like . Please remember when booking Airbnb ... not just this one but any Airbnb ,you are sharing someone’s home , property , surroundings ! We work throughout the week and we do what we can in our spare time to catch up with jobs in the garden , on occasion it may be nescessary to complete jobs during your stay but we will always try our best not to disturb you too much . We want you to enjoy your stay but Please remember this is our home too ! We live in a quiet peaceful village in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It can feel like your miles from anywhere , but in actually fact your 6 mins from the A55 & only 10 mins from the coast & shops . You will need your own car here . The coast and shops are only ten minutes away by car but public transport is extremely limited to and from the village . Parking for your vehicle is available on our driveway . The day before arrival I will email directions via Airbnb. I do ask that all guest let me know an approx time of arrival the day before or first thing the day of arrival . We have 2 dogs ,they are shih tzus and have beautiful temperaments .If you are coming to stay with us you need to be aware that although they are house dogs they do have the run of the whole garden when they want to go out. We live in a small village , we do have neighbours & at times there could be the sound of children playing . If your staying a few days laundry facilities can be available upon request .
