Large house up to 20 people in the Loire Valley

Large and comfortable house where you can spend your holidays or time with your family or friends. The house is situated at the entrance of a 32 acres designed around a 18th century Chateau. The guest house includes 12 bedrooms, 20 beds, 9 bathrooms, a very-well furnished kitchen and a bright living room with a fireplace. Prices indicated are for a capacity up to 20 people. Tourist tax, cleaning, water, bedding and towels are included in the price. Fuel heating and electricity in the winter are an extra charge : counters will be checked on arrival and departure. You will feel at home . We can even give you a hand to make your life easier : - order for you evening diner, - help you find a private cook, - prepare breakfast or delicious picnics, - provide a nice gas barbecue, - beds ready at your arrival, - supply babysitters. There are 12 bedrooms : - 7 bedrooms and 5 showers on the 1st floor - 5 double bedrooms and 4 showers on the 2nd floor Each room has its own sink and a large wardrobe. Beds are new and 6.5 inches large (2 mètres). Everybody can then meet downstairs in the large living-room (large 14 seats table and a smaller one with 6 seats) and fireplace, TV, society games and 2 bookshelves for everybody. In the kitchen, everything is organized for your group and is really practical and functional. In the entrance hall, there’s space to hang your coats and leave your shoes. As soon as you are all settle in, you can have a walk around the park and meet our animals : there are 5 hens, a donkey, sheep, a dog and a cat in the park. You can have access to our small tourist office if you need ideas for places to visit during your stay. Do not hesitate to ask ! Our village is called Candé-sur-Beuvron : it is located in the LOIRE VALLEY in the heart of the "Golden Triangle" of Chateaux de la Loire, between Tours and Blois. This is where stand the most magnificent Chateaux of the Loire Valley : 6 km away from Chaumont-sur-Loire, 12 km away from Blois, 23 km away from Cheverny and Amboise, 30 km away from Chambord and 32 km away from Chenonceau. Very often at dawn or at sunset, hot-air balloons fly over Chaumont-sur-Loire. Here you’ll find an amazing natural area with its rivers. In our village, the Cosson continues on the Beuvron which continues itself in the Loire (registered in the UNESCO list of world heritage sites). You can obviously bring your bikes, they’ll be securely stored. We are on the “ Loire River and its chateaux” cycling route. The river is 400 meters away from our house. Railway stations : Blois or Onzain/Chaumont sur Loire Airports : Tours (1 hour drive) or Paris (2 hours drive)
