Walk into a large open living room, kitchen, and dining area that provides access out to the deck with sweeping views of Harpswell Sound. As you make your way upstairs to the two bedrooms views won't disappoint there as well. The master has a king bed, a large closet, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds with great views from your private balcony and a half bath. The basement holds the washer and dryer area with a linen closet. Deeded access to the water is located just a short walk from the home. Please note this access is a rocky shorefront but you are just a few minutes from a pebbly beach too.
