A new modern kitchen has all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, baking oven, stove, kitchen hood, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and flat-screen TV. There are plenty of dishes, glassware and cutlery. You can sit comfy at the dining table or at the bar counter. In the bedroom there are two single beds that can be pushed together or apart as needed. Flat iron and ironing board are also at hand. The living room has a new comfortable sofa bed. From here you have entrance to the balcony where you can smoke if necessary. In the apartment itself smoking is strictly prohibited, we ask for your understanding. Bathroom and toilet are separated and have been completely renovated recently. The bathroom has a shower, sink, hair dryer and a washing machine. In the toilet there is a sink and a hygienic shower. It is very convenient. The floor in the kitchen, in the bathroom and the toilet is elegant tiled, the rest of the apartment is parquet floor. In all rooms unlimited free WIFI Internet is available. You get an excellent view of Smolny Cathedral and on Peter-the-Great (Bolscheochtinski) Bridge. It is one of the famous bascule bridges in Saint Petersburg. Be here at night to see the opening of the bridge. Here you also can go jogging, skating, skate-ride or simply enjoy the view and the majesty of the Neva at its widest point. The area is well developed, everything you need is very easy to reach by foot. Many stores are located in the immediate vicinity. Larger and smaller grocery stores, pharmacy, flowershops, ATMs and more. Numerous cafes, bars and restaurants offer Russian, Georgian, German and other specalities, mostly cheap and delicious, often offering favorable business Lunches. Directly in front of the house there is a bus stop for buses and marshrout taxis with a fast connection to the center. To the historical center of Saint Petersburg it takes a 5 minutes ride, it is you just after crossing the Peter-the-Great (Bolscheochtinski) bridge, it takes about 10 minutes to the metro station "Chernyshevskaya" and about 15 minutes to the Nevski Prospekt, all very convenient.
