On the 3rd floor without lift, comprising a living room with a sofa bed and its American kitchen. Two bedrooms, one of which is a suite with its own shower room and a second shower room for everyone's comfort. Fully equipped, charming and refurbished, you can do everything on foot when you leave, you can walk and stroll in the alleys of the old Nice, you can go to the Cours Saleya and its authentic daily market which is 4 minutes away on foot and the famous Promenade des Anglais and its beaches located only 2 minutes walk from the flat. There is a tram stop at the bottom of the building which will allow you to cross Nice very easily and quickly and thus go directly to the airport or the train station of Nice for example. The nearest car park if you arrive by car is the "parking des arts". So come and enjoy the authenticity of this beautiful city of Nice, we will be there to welcome you and make sure you have an excellent stay. full bed linen and shower towels are provided instructions for use of the devices tourist guides, maps, plans, train and bus timetables, wifi codes 4 public car parks located around my flat (less than 3 minutes walk each) exchanges with our travellers as much as necessary before, during and after the stay late arrival (after 9pm) = 30e extra possibility to leave your luggage in a luggage depository (1 minute walk from the flat) A luggage service is available in the old town, so that you can enjoy your stay unencumbered. COVID: THE APARTMENT IS FULLY SANITIZED AND IS READY TO RECEIVE YOU SAFELY according to the new airbnb covid-19 standards and those of the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention): Before your arrival : the accommodation is fully disinfected with powerful products bought and used for this purpose (bactericides and Virucides as you can see on our pictures) to bring you maximum safety and allow you to be in complete serenity with us. All the supports have been disinfected (wrists, remote controls, furniture, hoovers, switches, handrails, household appliances, keys, dustbins...) Our maintenance team is equipped with masks and gloves. All linen and textiles are fully washed at 60° and installed after complete disinfection of the flat: sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats... We leave a minimum of time between each reservation in order to air the whole flat the handing over of the keys will be done by respecting the barrier gestures: washing of the hands, wearing of the mask, minimum distance of 1 meter between us, plexi glass window to communicate serenely. For your serenity: we will offer you a tube of hydoalcoholic gel and we will provide you with new but washable masks so that you can reuse them if you wish. At your departure : You can leave your keys in the flat or in the mailbox. (We simply ask you to leave all the windows open when you leave for ventilation and to slam the door of the flat behind you)
