A beautiful residential house located by the beach that has a self contained luxury apartment on the ground floor with your Airbnb hosts living upstairs. A quick walk leads you directly to the beach with many walking/mountain biking tracks. Only 90 minutes drive to local ski fields in the winter. There is a TV, Netflix, WIFI and off street parking. Can sleep up to 6 people in two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. Kitchen is stocked with several days of self serve breakfast supplies. The space is newly decorated with beautiful relaxing coastal decor. It is a spacious apartment perfect for a group or family. Two generous size bedrooms. Can sleep up to 6 people with a Queen size sofa bed in the lounge area. A large bathroom with a spa bath. The lounge area has double doors that open out to a patio area that is fenced off from the beach so is safe for children to play . There is outdoor furniture and a sun umbrella. Guests have the whole of the ground floor of a residential house with the hosts living on the upper floor. Guests have their own Private access to the ground floor apartment using the door nearest the lockbox. An outdoor pool available from November to March. We have mountain bikes , body boards and golf clubs for use as required. There is a clothes dryer available on request. We are friendly and available to chat with any queries on local mountain bike tracks , golf courses, restaurants and sight seeing tips. Just ring the bell as we live in the upper floor of the house. A modern seaside subdivision with a friendly neighbouring a safe environment. A regular public bus system within two minute walk from the house. Great links golf course and cafe at Waimairi golf club less than 5 minutes drive away. Gym, swimming pool, sauna and spa pool less than 5 minutes drive at QE2 Tairoa. Excellent walking and biking tracks through Burwood forest at your doorstep. 30min walk to Brighton pier. 20min drive to central city or 10 min drive to the Palms Mall. Buses run regulary at the end of the lane to the central city.
