You will enter through a shared front door with a passcode given to you at time of purchase. You will walk up the stairs to a separate door and you will have a physical key for your apartment. Once in your apartment there is a living room, dining room, full kitchen, two bedrooms, and one full bath. There is a queen bed, blow up queen mattress in the balcony closet, a twin bed, and a futon all available for use during your stay. Bedding and towels are provided. ENTIRE APARTMENT My husband and I do work full time jobs but we are available during the evenings for any questions you have during your stay. I am available by text message during the day and you will be given a key at check into use for the apartment during your stay. We are located within 5-10 minutes of downtown royal oak, ferndale, and Detroit. There are innumerable outdoor shops and local restaurants within 5-10 minutes. It is normally cheaper to take an uber to Detroit than to drive and pay for parking, especially if there is an event or sports game during your stay. We are also locate less than one mile from the famous Mabel Gray restaurant.
