Bright studio in terraced house, free WiFi&parking

Comfortable studio is situated in a quiet area of Trzin. In front of the house there are 2 covered private parking spots. Behind the house there is a forest with trim track and many walking paths which lead to the hills Onger, Dobeno and Rašica. There is also a small pond, which is frozen in the winter and local ski slope for children. It takes only 15min walk to the industrial zone Trzin, 5min by car to Mengeš or Domžale and about 20min by car to the center of Ljubljana or Brink airport. Comfortable and bright studio with three roof windows is situated in the quiet area of Trzin (Ljubljana suburb), next to the creek and forest with trim track and many walking paths which lead to the hills Onger, Dobeno and Rašica. Regarding the fresh air from the forest the area is pleasantly cool during the summer evenings. In the immediate vicinity behind the house there is a playground. Studio is in the attic floor of a terraced house with elevator access. It is divided on sleeping area with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and living area with sofa which falls down to a bed (120 x 200 cm), a dining table and kitchenette with two electric plates and refrigerator. A bathroom has a shower, toilette and wash basin The studio is equipped with air-conditioning, CTV, telephone, free broadband wired and wireless (WI-FI) internet access, bed linen, towels and cutlery. The guests have the access to the washing machine, iron and ironing board in the common hall downstairs. In the case of accommodate disable person, the guest can use the large bathroom with a shower suitable for disabled persons. From the studio in Trzin it takes about 20 minutes by car to the center of Ljubljana or Brink airport. To the suburb train and bus station in Trzin is 10 minutes walk. In the front of the house there is covered private parking space. The cost of telephone use is calculated according to the price list. Internet and TV are free of charge. Security deposit: 100 EUR. Prices are increased by 50% for 1 day stay, 30% for 2 and 3 days stay, 10% for 4 days stay and by 30% from 24 December to 3 January. For the New Year minimum period of stay is 4 days. In the period of Easter holidays the minimum length of stay is 4 days and the prices are higher by 10%. In the period of Fairs, Congresses and other significant events the prices are increased. Wi-Fi or broadband internet and TV with more than 40 channels are free of charge. The rental price includes bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, electricity, gas, air-conditioning and heating. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, dish-washing detergent, cloth, free Ljubljana map and few tourist brochures are prepared for each guest before arrival. If guests want to have a complete privacy we meet them only upon their arrival and at their departure. If guests have any requests, if they want to order a supplementary service in the accommodation, a trip, a rent a car etc. we interact more often. At central reception we are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm (during summer till 6:00pm), Saturdays 8:30am to 1:00pm, or by e-mail and telephone. In case of emergencies we have an agent on duty available over the telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The nearest grocery store and a bar are approx. 300 metres away, while a restaurant can be found within 500 metres from the apartment. Ljubljana Airport is a 20-minute drive away and a shuttle service can be organized at a surcharge. Supermarket, city bus station (LPP), cafes, bars, bakeries, post office, bank, pharmacy and restaurants are in the neighborhood, walking from the building where the apartment is located. To use a Ljubljana city public bus it is necessary to purchase the Urbana public transport card. The Urbana card is available at public utility company (LPP) ticket offices, tourist information centres and most of the city's newspaper kiosks, news-stands and post offices. The apartment is approx. 20minutes drive away from the old town, public transport BUS is close by but it is more convenient if you have a car. Car you can park for free on one of the available private parking spots.
