Close to the Beach

We have available a comfortable 48sqm flat, suitable for two people, located in the lower level of our home. It is self contained and we will of course completely respect your privacy. Recent renovations include new double glazed joinery, so it's warm and cosy, with close sea views. Please note that it doesn't have a full-sized stove, but does provide a full sized refrigerator/freezer, new microwave, new bench top oven. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the beach. There's very good indoor/outdoor flow from the living area to the patio space which enjoys a pleasant garden aspect and a view across the road to the beach. Separate guest entrance - we have been hosting for a number of years and your privacy is assured. However, our in-house barista is worth a visit if you would like a freshly brewed coffee - we provide Raglan Roast. This is a small, quiet, no-exit street, comprising mainly holiday homes. The nearest supermarket and pharmacy are approximately 1km away. The nearest bus stop is just around the corner. For the comfort of our guests, we provide bed linen, towels, soap and shampoo, toilet paper, tea and coffee plus a selection of breakfast foods.
