The ground floor comprises open plan living room, dining and kitchen with sliding doors opening out to a timber floored deck and lovely private garden. It is situated opposite Victoria Park which is a huge municipal park with an adventure playground, running and cycling tracks and a lake. Great views from the bedrooms and a lovely light filled space. Parkview is close to bus stops. The bus will take you to the railway station which is approximately 2 kms away. Parking is free in the sliproad in front of the townhouse and there is also a single car garage available for guests. There is a portacot and high chair for infants for which we charge a small levy to cover bedlinen etc. Enquire for details.
