Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen/dining/living room with television (French or English) and free Wifi. Continental breakfast is included in the room price. Downstairs is a large open plan fully equipped kitchen/diner and lounge. The lounge has 2 sofas, tv with UK or French tv and wifi is available free of charge. Upstairs there are 2 large rooms, both with ensuite. The twin room has 2 single beds, the double room has a king-size bed. Radiators are in all rooms. The lounge, kitchen/diner is available at all times to guests. Outside there is a lawned seating area with sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol. From here you can access the pool, trampoline, swings and slides. We are available every day with any questions you have or if there is anything that you need. The property is quiet and rural, yet only a few miles from the RN10 and the town of Ruffec where you can access all amenities. Just a 2 miles from the property is Ruffec train station, from here you can get the TGV line through to Paris and Bordeaux direct.
