Tihany, Sajkod - waterfront/vízpart

The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. It's small and friendly with 2 great buffets. Our house is perfect for a peaceful stay, as it is in the midst of a natural (Website hidden by Airbnb) newly renovated with 2 separate flats.Price is for the ground floor only. Downstairs for max 6 adults, but rather recommended for families. We do not take on loud party people, sorry. Attic apartment has a separate entrance from outside and can sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids. (1 double bed, 2 big matresses). The ground floor flat has 2 bedrooms. The one with an en-suite bathroom has a double bed (160 cm width) in it. The "family" room has a double room and an extendable bed (makes a normal comfy double bed of 160cm width) for 2 (or 3 kids) ot two adults. This room is served by the bathroom on the corridor, a step away from the room. The living room-dining room-kitchen area is united and the couch in the living room is a sofabed). The terrace has a dining set for 6 people. The loft area is a separate apartment reached by outside stairs. Bathroom (shower), small kitchen, dining area for 4, bedroom-living room in one area (double bed, two 2x2 metre mattresses under the slanted roofline (mainly for kids). This loft apartment can only be rented together with the ground floor (ask about cost) . Ideal for inviting guests over, when on holiday, or can be rented together with the downstairs apartment. The ground floor flat is equipped with an LCD TV with only the basic channels in Hungarian. Sorry, no internet (there is no service provider for this area - it is a nature reserve). Please contact us with any questions or doubts. The environment is fantastic - this is a natural reserve area! The house lies at the foot of Csúcs-hill of Tihany and at the reedy shore of Lake Balaton. Its special mediterranean atmosphere is unique around Balaton (flora and fauna very special). Great place for hikes, bike rides, walks in the forest to the tea house and swimming/surfing. The house can be reached via a well-built bicycle road or by car/motorbike.
