Very close to Abbett Park and Scarborough Sportsmans Club. Easy walk to Scarborough Beach and restaurants/ bars. Quiet street with lock up parking. There is a double lock up garage, occassionally my car will be parked in it, but there will still be ample space to lock up your car. Lots of space, great home entertainment system. Very clean and modern space. Great kitchen and entertaining areas. Comfortable furniture and beds. Lock up and off street parking. Baby cot/ crib, high chair and stroller to save you from bringing your own. This first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom can be made up as either a king single, or a king-sized bed. There is also the option to have a king single bed and a second king single mattress on the floor if you prefer to sleep 2 persons separately in the second bedroom. New reverse-cycle air conditioning is installed in living area and bedrooms. Full access to all of the house and outdoor areas. Access to 1/2 of the lock up garage, my car will sometimes be parked in the other half. There is enough outside laneway parking for another 2 cars. I am available via email or phone to answer any queries, and sometimes may be available to meet face to face and explain the facilities. Otherwise you will get full privacy to enjoy. A bus stop is located just next to the entrance lane, the bus takes around 15 minutes to Stirling train station which connects to city and Metro network. The best access is via a laneway at the rear of the house. This will give you access to the remote control garage, private courtyard and rear entrance to the house. I ask that you use this access as much as possible and avoid using the front door as much as possible so as to not disturb the neighbours. There is enough free off street parking for another 3 cars.
