The place has great views, and is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the views, the outdoors space, and the location. All rentals after that date will be plus the rooms tax of 14.45%. Sorry, they didn't ask for my permission!! At least there is no cleaning fee, and I haven't raised my price in 4 years!
