A modern, open airy space set in a fabulous coastal location within easy driving distance from the Lakes. Haverigg is on the fringe of the Lakes, with Coniston being just a short drive away (approx 35 minutes). The property is close to Hodbarrow which is an RSPB Nature Reserve and it is also on the coast with some stunning dog friendly beaches to walk along. You can walk Black Combe and be rewarded with stunning views, or try wakeboarding, sea fishing or go horse riding on the beach. Combe n Sea is set over 3 floors, with two bedrooms and a shower room to the ground floor, a stunning open plan kitchen living area on the middle floor with a balcony front and rear which enjoys spectacular views of the Western fells. To the top floor there is a large family room and a bathroom. Also located on this floor is a utility area. The property has super fast fibre WiFi, Amazon TV and PS3 with a selection of games. Up to three dogs welcome and free of charge. The property also benefits from a small yard with a table and chairs and there is also an outbuilding, allowing you to safely store bikes, kites, buckets and spades. We don’t live near by, but are easily contacted by phone, sms or email. There are 4 pubs within walking distance, 3 of which serve food. There is a local store for all basic needs and a Tesco a short drive away in Millom. Provides perfect access for coastal walks and cycling on the doorstep and a short drive into the Lakes. The property is approx 35 minute drive away from Coniston.
