Tropics holiday house/Child and Pet friendly

This lovely Queenslander has 12ft Ceilings so is light and airy, its also clean and well equipped with everything you will need for a great stay, it has modern kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds and traditional homely furniture, it would suit a holiday base or a work away from home base whether you are here for a weekend or a month, its close to all amenities but set in a quiet family street, its walking distance to the V8 track and Stadium, and a 5 minute Uber drive to the Strand and night life. The house is a traditional Queenslander with high ceilings with traditional fret work, french doors at the front which open out onto the front Patio, at the back there is a glass slider that opens out onto a large deck overlooking the garden, with table, chairs and BBQ, both of these areas are secured with lockable gates so safe for children and Pets (approved by hosts only) the kitchen is very modern, with dishwasher, SS appliances and gas Cooktop. The bathroom has a large corner tub and shower, there are 2 toilets. The bedrooms are 2 Queen size and 1 King single, all with Air conditioning and fans, the 2 large rooms have smart TVs. You have the entire upstairs to yourselves, the downstairs laundry, yard and driveway are shared. Owners are occasionally in residence downstairs. Dogs are welcome but are not to be left inside, they can be left in the fenced yard or on one of the secured balconies if you have to leave them, if we are here we will Dog sit, there is a great Dog walking park 2 minutes walk down the street. We occasionally stay in the unit downstairs, but if we are not there, we are available by phone or we have a Cleaner that lives locally that may be able to help with any problems. A quiet family friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to the V8 track and Stadium (5 minute Uber) walk to playground and dog park, 10 minute drive to Hospital and Uni or bus stop just around the corner, 5 minute drive to CBD and Strand, local Pub and Woolies down the road. Safe area with secure house and Car parking for 4 cars. Bus stop 5 minutes walk around the corner on Queens Road This property is popular for people coming to Townsville for extended periods either for work or for Medical treatment, it is a 10 minute drive to the Hospital or walking distance/ 5 minute Uber drive from the V8 track or Stadium for events such as Football matches or Concerts, but it is far enough away not to be affected by the noise, so also popular for Family holidays.
