The new apartment consists of one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk bed (2 beds), living room with sofa bed / pull-out couch for 2 persons, separate living room, kitchen and full bathroom. The new apartment consists of one double bedroom, one single bedroom, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, separate living kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, sink, toilet, bidet, makeup mirror and hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, electric stove, kettle, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with satellite TV, internet access, safe, radio, skiboot-dryer, garden and private parking lot. Moreover, the house is built with anti-allergy materials. After a long hike or a tiring ski-day you can enjoy yourselves in our new modern sauna, which is twice a week included in the price. A vapour sauna and an infrared sauna are awaiting you. Our house is characterised by its first-class location. Nestled in the charming landscape of the Dolomites, with direct access to ski lifts and hiking paths throughout the wonderful mountains of Val Gardena. Enjoy the stunning view of the Sassolungo and the surrounding peaks. Delightful restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pubs, pastry shops, ice cream shops and shops are located nearby, and are reachable with a couple-of-minutes-walk. Private parking lot is available. - An additional "local tax" applies for each guest staying in Val Gardena or the the Dolomites, i.e. 1,10€ / person per day; children under 14 years of age are excluded. - From 01 January 2018 the "local tax" is € 1.45.- per person per day. - Children under 14 years of age are excluded.
