Villa Voula (on the beach in just 3 min. walk)

Villa Voula is a sweet, privately-owned maisonette situated at the sunny seaside resort area of Skala Fourka in Halkidiki. The villa is just 3 minutes of walk away from the beach & 1 min away from the residential supermarket! It makes an ideal accommodation for up to 4 guests (couples, friends or families) who are looking for carefree holidays, near the sea... The artistic flair to its interior design creates a serene & relaxing atmosphere to guests with an eclectic taste in decor. Our villa is a terraced house (“Corali Sea Maisonettes Complex”), adjacent to other similar two-levelled houses. It is just 60 meters away from the beach & 30 meters away from the local supermarket! GROUND FLOOR includes: * Open-plan living room with fireplace. (Japanese-style sofa bed, triple sofa, decorative glass cupboard, helping tables) * Modern & fully equipped wall-mounted kitchen. (kitchenware/ utensils, fridge/ refrigerator, ceramic stove/ oven, dishwasher/ washing machine) * Inner wooden staircase to the upper floor. * 2 stone-paved patios that serve as front & back outdoor dining/ sitting areas. * Private front garden with flowers & greenery to relax. UPPER FLOOR includes: * Master bedroom with spacious private balcony & front garden view. (Queen-sized bed/ anatomical mattress, decorative iron bench, bedside tables, TV set, four-door wardrobe with ample shelving space & drawers) * Bathroom (sink, shower, w/c, cleaning detergents corner). * Single bedroom with private balcony & back garden view. (elevated stone-made single bed, A/C, utility cupboard, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, board game, playing cards, decorative items) * Wooden ladder to the mezzanine floor. * Mezzanine floor/ attic overlooking the single bedroom. (cosy double bed, bedside lamps, floor pillows, straw chest, electric moveable fan, vanity table) Full access to entire villa, private garden & patios. * Access & view to front communal garden (approx. 2,000 square meters of land). * Access & view to back communal garden (approx. 500 square meters of land). * Access to available, free-of-charge, parking slots. On the day of your arrival, Adonis (my son) and me will be there to meet & greet you, show you around the premises & share with you all the essential information for a pleasant stay at our home. Breakfast is not inclusive to our hosting provision. However, we are more than happy to supply coffee, cookies and mineral water, as a first-day welcome gesture. Our guests’ privacy is important to us. After check-in, hosts will be available to answer questions or offer you assistance via mobile phone, Viber or text messages. Check-out & key collection takes place by 12:00 noon, but please feel free to leave your luggage at our premises if you need some extra time prior to your departure. Hope you have a joyful holiday experience in Fourka-Halkidiki! The main landmark is Saint John’s, a little Christian Orthodox church. A local supermarket that is open until late hours is at arm’s reach. All neighbouring streets have direct access to a beautiful sea bay... In less than 3 minutes, you are on a sunny, blue-skied, sandy beach and in a blue-flagged, crystal-clear sea! Just perfect to refresh your senses or get that desirable tan! Sea water level is not that high making swimming with kids a pleasure. Our neighbourhood is lively during the day, but pretty quiet at night. It’s the best place to take a stroll, to ride a bike, to admire the sunset or to simply relax. Our favourite all day bar to chill out is a nice cafe located by the sea, nearby. Walk down the road for about 10 minutes and you will reach Skala Fourka’ square right in the village’ s lively centre. There, you can discover a variety of meat & pizza restaurants, fish taverns, souvlaki grills, bakeries, ice-cream parlours & patisseries to suit your personal culinary tastes. You can also find several fashion boutiques, cute souvenir shops & outdoor book vendors. Last, but not least, the fun part! Game kiosks, luna park or a visiting circus for kids. Awesome coffee shops, cocktail & beach bars for a great night out! By car (A25 motorway): * Travel from Thessaloniki (City center) to Skala Fourka takes about 1.5 hrs drive. * Travel from Thessaloniki (Airport) to Skala Fourka takes 1 hour drive. By bus: * Journey duration from Thessaloniki (Chalkidiki KTEL Bus System Station) to Skala Fourka is almost 1.5 hrs.(note: the closest bus stop to our villa is just 100 meters away) On foot: * All it takes to get to Fourka village center (Skala Fourka) from our villa is a 10 minute-walk. Pine trees near the beach is an unbeatable combination, making the village of Fourka so special! Nature lovers are welcome to explore passages that lead to a pinewood forest up the hill. Two bikes are also available upon request and free of charge to our biking loving guests who want to enjoy a ride nearby!
