The spacious and bright 3 bed apartment has the option of converting some of the living area into more sleeping space via the sofa bed and an airbed, allowing another 4 people to stay (please let us know if you need these made up as there is an extra charge). Complete with TV and Netflix. Modern kitchen complete with all amenities for your comfort and convenience, including fridge, washing machine, microwave, electric fan oven, gas hob, toaster, electric kettle. Modern bathroom, with spacious shower. The property is located on one floor and the rooms are accessed via a hallway area. A travel cot is available on request - free of charge. Guest Access: You have exclusive use of the whole property. We are fortunate enough to have a lovely relationship with our neighbours, please preserve this by adhering to the rules about no parties or loud music after 11pm. The Neighborhood: The location is often referred to as the "hippest place in Britain". With its plethora of trendy bars, classy restaurants, shops & even a concert venue, there is plenty to see & do. All you need to do is to type "things to do in Finnieston" into a well known search engine and there will be a wealth of suggestions. Our recommendations are: Bar - 'The Finnieston' is a local gin bar that also serves great seafood. Restaurant - 'Porter & Rye' is a great place to get a top quality piece of cooked meat. Others - the SEC & Hydro are minutes away and are quickly becoming one of Scotland's premier music and conference venues. Getting Around: The flat has Glasgow's best restaurants and bars on its doorstep and is ideally positioned in the West End within walking distance to Glasgow City Centre. You can also walk to the popular Byres Rd, the SSE Hydro for gigs and SEC Exhibition centre no trouble at all. Given that there is parking right outside the flat, you have access to the M8 motorway which is minutes from the flat and can take to Edinburgh and beyond. There are local buses running along Argyle St that can take you into the city centre, also there is the Exhibition Centre train station a short walk away. There is a local Tesco express supermarket a short walk away too for all of your household needs. Other Things to Note: Council Tax, unlimited Wi-Fi & utilities are all included.
