Equipped with a full kitchen, 2 Bedrooms with brand new queen beds, living room area and a full bathroom. Private entrance with parking for two cars in paved driveway. You will be the only guest at the house. You have access to the main floor as the basement is empty and used for storage only. Guest will have full access to the top floor of the home with a private entrance. The basement is used for storage only. Full access to the front and back yard. There will be a lock box at the address to receive your key upon check in. We are available to answer any questions or to help in any way. Located in the friendly village of Nottawa. Collingwood is about a 5 minutedrive away. The amazing Blue Mountain and spa is 15 minutes away and offers year round activities for every enthusiast. We are 5 minuets from the OFSC trails. Day parking available for truck and trailer right off the trial system. ($10/day) Car or Taxi cabs are the best ways to commute. Only guest or pets that are registered at time of booking are allowed in the home. There is an additional charge of $40 for each pet (Two Max) that will be added to the booking. Pet owners must clean up after them inside and out.Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture or beds. Sorry no cats please.
