Furnished for a comfortable stay for 2 persons in the city center of Split, the apartment has a fully functional open kitchen with induction cooker, a microwave oven and an oven. Equipped with a coffee maker and a toaster, the dining area can comfortably accommodate 4 persons. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (for 2 persons), a loft area with a Queen sized bed (or a pair of twin beds), a full bathroom with shower, UHD TV with cable channels and a wardrobe. Wireless internet and air-conditioning are available in the entire apartment. All guests are provided with bed linen and towels. All types of transportation are only few minutes' walk away from the apartment: airport bus, local bus, intercity bus, taxi, train and ferry. Guests may find free parking near the apartment or on the street on a "first come first served" basis. Paid parking is 5 minutes' walk away from the apartment. Daily necessities are within reach by a few minutes' walk as well: 24-hour bakery, supermarkets, the Green Market, pharmacies, money exchangers, ATMs, laundry shops, grocery shops, post office, police station and etc. The apartment is 5-10 minutes away from the historic old town and the most popular beach in Split named Bačvice. So you can explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Diocletian Palace, the Cathedral of St. Dujam and the lively green market, enjoy the special events and performances on the famous seaside promenade of Riva, go for a day trip to the islands like Hvar, Brač or Vis, visit nearby towns of Trogir, Sinj or Omis or indulge in the clear blue sea under the sun. House Manual Not suitable for infants (under 2 years) and pets. No smoking is allowed. Partying is strictly forbidden. Please respect our neighbors who are used to living in this quiet residential area. Guests not present during check-in are not allowed unless with prior notice to the host. Otherwise, they'll be expelled immediately. Not suitable for guests who love nightlife, i.e. going outside late at night and coming back early in the morning. The electric boiler is always on when guests stay. Hot water serves both the bathroom and kitchen and should be enough under normal usage. Please communicate with the host IMMEDIATELY if there's any problem or anything does not work during their stay.
