The apartment consists of four bedrooms on two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a patio equipped with a dining table and a sitting area, a garden with car parking, a patio in the back of the house with a table and a relaxation sofa. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two double bedrooms on a panoramic terrace, and one with single bunk beds and a terrace overlooking the back, a full bathroom with shower. The picturesque and lively historic center of San Nicola Arcella is only 200 meters away. The nearest beach (la Marinella) can be reached on foot with a walk of about 25 minutes. In the surroundings it is possible to make naturalistic excursions, such as trekking or rafting descents on the Lao River; visit to the prehistoric archaeological site of Papasidero (Romito's tomb) and to the north, just 20 km, the coast of Maratea.
