Beautiful apartment in a historical villa, directly overlooking Lake Maggiore. Villa Ceriana, built in 1914, is immersed in a private park enriched by century-old trees, with a magnificent view of the lake. It is a real leap into the past: the entrance and the majestic staircase will take you back in time. The Villa also has direct access to the beach and to a pier, where a mooring for a boat is available. Situated on the first floor, apartment no.1 3 can accommodate up to 4 people. Apartment no. 13, a recently renovated attic, will allow you to savour the peace and tranquillity of Villa Ceriana. Wake up and have breakfast overlooking the lake, go down to the beach and relax with a refreshing bath, or sit in the park and read a good book: this house allows you to appreciate relaxation and serenity. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious living room. It can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to two sofa beds in the living room. The apartment has Wi-Fi and AC at your disposal. A parking space within the park is included. If you need an additional parking space, free parking is conveniently located a few meters from the Villa. Please do not park more than one car in the parking space available in the park. Furthermore, it is possible to request the use of the mooring at the pier. A person will always be available to welcome you and to accommodate your requests. If I could not be present, a person of my absolute trust will replace me. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any question. Just outside Ghiffa and two minutes away from Verbania, the flat is located on the stunning Lago Maggiore.
