Villino de' Pucci
Villa of the 1800s amidst the hilltops of Lastra a Signa
The Villino de’ Pucci, that dates back to the end of the 1800s, offers space, comfort, elegant and refined surroundings. It has tall and vaulted ceilings with frescos, wide, luminous and airy French windows, spacious rooms and antique wooden furniture of the 1900s. It’s a marvellous and serene spot for families or a numerous group of people. On both floors are disposed three matrimonial rooms, one of which looks directly upon the garden, and two single rooms, each with double single beds. All of the spaces are wide and luminous. Two bathrooms both with bath tubs, a wide living room, two kitchens and two dining rooms, one of which also opens up onto the garden. The latter has a stone courtyard, equipped with armchairs and tables where to relax and have breakfast. A few steps lead you to a second more green space, in which a beautiful magnolia stands in the center and an arbor shades under its branches another table. Everything is made for comfort and to spend possible lunches and dinners in the open air in typical Florentines surroundings. Right outside the gate of the villa you’ll find a private parking space and it’s also possible to book a chef or cooking classes. The villa is less than a 5 minute walk from the historical centre of Lastra a Signa and a 15 minute drive by car or train to the city of Florence. It has a privileged position also because it’s near to small neighbouring towns such as Sesto Fiorentino or Ginestra Fiorentina. So are the renowned areas of Val di Pesa and Val D’Orcia, that are reachable by car or in train in a maximum of two hours.
