This haven is nestled amongst the trees and tranquillity of Perth hills, it is a completely self contained unit. Separate entry, cosy QS bed and large kitchen/living area. 15 minutes from the airport. Across the road from Patsy Durack Rose Gardens, walking distance to day spas, History Village, Bibbulmun Track, bike tracks and great walks. Nearby to Mundaring Dam and beautiful wineries. Lots of natural light, beautiful garden vista, peaceful and relaxing. Bacon, eggs, cereal, yoghurt etc all supplied. Regular visits by the Quendas (Bandicoots) and many birds. Full access to the entire unit - large living room with kitchen, dining table, day bed, lounge suite, TV - opens up to a cute verandah for that afternoon glass of wine. Attached to the main house but has a completely undisturbed separate entry. Plenty of parking just outside the suite. Anne and Ray will be available for any queries you may have or any information. We can recommend the best eat out venues - we are spoilt for choice here. This is a quiet neighbourhood, especially at night time. A bit of bird (Hidden by Airbnb) ing would be the extent of the noise. Walking, bus stop (5 mins walk) - bus to the City or Midland. Driving around here is very easy and relaxing.
