13th century ex-monastery

A magical gated property on edge of village on 1 hectare of land with above ground pool, meadow with volley ball and badmington. The property is shared with a second small gite and a cottage and barn which is where we stay during the rental period. House is bohemian with its eclectic mix of furnishings and artworks and large living spaces and vine covered patio overlooking gardens and village church. The living areas kitchen, study, living room and master bedroom are large approximately 60m2 each. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking for larger groups. 5 ring gas hob and oven in addition to induction hob and 2nd oven, much crockery and pottery made at La Perdrix. The patio outside the kitchen under the grape vine is where all the feasting occurs. The study is a charming space with many books and chill out space. The living room has a bar and more chill out space.During the summer when it is warm outside the house keeps a very steady cool temperature. We are available on site to assist but allow guests to have their own space. On one side there are neighbours beyond the vegetabe garden and the other sides there are views over the south and east facing fields and meadow.
