Relaxing-House on River with Hot Tub and Pool

Enjoy Florida in Illinois. A sweet 3 bedroom house overlooking the Mississippi river with a large pool and large deck for you to enjoy. A spacious game room with pool and ping pong table and an 80 inch TV for your entertainment. Plus a nice hot tub to relax in. Easy access to hiking and biking trails, fishing and a private boat ramp make it a great home base for outdoor enthusiasts. Could be a perfect place for family outing. Parties and big events are not allowed on our property due to COVID. This is lovely and quite house on Mississippi river. A great place to spend quiet time with family. This is also a great destination for your next luxurious retreat or celebratory occasion. House run with well water. This house also has water softener and water purifier system. Only registered guest allowed to be on the property. You will have access to the entire home, yard, game room and indoor hot tub and Swimming pool on special request . The swimming pool will be closed from September 1st to May 31st. All guests can use the swimming pool and/or hot tub at their own risk. The landlord will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained by the tenant and/or the tenant’s occupants or guests or landlord when using the swimming pool and/or hot tub, and the tenant can not indemnify the landlord for any actions resulting from injuries to the tenant and/or tenant’s occupants or guests. Other area attractions: -TPC / John Deere Classic Golf Tournament is 10 mins away from property. -Bettendorf TPK Sports Complex is 15-20 min away; is home to many sports activities and Softball Tournaments held throughout the year. -Tax Slayer center (IL side), & River Center (IA side) for conventions and concerts 10-15 min away from property. -Several local live theaters are 10-15 min away. We try our best to provide a nice and clean Hot Tub and Swimming pool at your arrival but some time due to unexpected circumstances this may not be possible and you may not be able to use this facility.
