The Musgrave House has everything you need for a smooth and comfy stay in Gold Coast, Southport. The front facing secure garden courtyard and two spaces with cover parking leads into your stand alone house with private entry, self check :) The house is located just 10 meters walk from Chirn Park, driving range, 5 min drive from Broadwater Parklands and 10 min from the famous Main Beach. Highlights include: -warm timber floors boards -chic interior decor -fully air-conditioned through all bedrooms and main areas -fully equipped kitchen and laundry -private landscape courtyard with bbq -pantry items to get you started The from entrance opens onto the lounge of the house, dinning and space with its furnishing to bring light and character to the space. The TV in the living room has the option to connect to complementary Netflix account with the in-house wifi. The house provides a well stocked kitchen to make preparing meals fun and easy, with dishwashers, lavazza ground coffee with French coffee filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, oven, cutlery and cookware. The house provides coffee, tea , sugar (brown sugar, sweetener, white sugar), milk, salt, pepper, olive oil, muesli, and some other fresh pantry item to get you started. Eat in or just walk 10 meters to a variety of multicultural restaurants options within walking distance for breakfast/ brunch dining options. The bedrooms are calmly decorated with white/pastel colours for a restful night sleep - the main with comfy King size bed, second bedroom with a comfy queen double bed and has the option of a third open style bedroom with a double sofa bed for two extra guests to stay at a minimum fee. The house has everything ready for you to pack light and leave happy- linen, pillows, quilt, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, hangers a washer and dryer for any travel washing emergencies. There is also clothe line out int he back yard to dry your clothes or towels when you come from the beach. The main bathroom has a bath with awesome water pressure. The Musgrave House is secure and in a quite location. All surfaces disinfected between stays. Self check in, and private entrance. The entire space - house, patio entrance and back, is for you to exclusively to enjoy when you say with me. Me and my boyfriend with a small puppy name Onyx are located in the back of the property in a separate granny flat and We do NOT share any of the house amenities with you. Location: -Its perfect located at the earth of Chirn Park , local shopping fantastic cafes and restaunrants to make your experience more unique. -Ideally located to 15 min walk to Broadwater Parklands and Southport CBD. Access into the house is easy, just open the gate and walk less than 10 feet and climb three steps.
