The room has a comfy Queen size double bed, a beautiful, large en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, a small fridge stocked with water and cold drinks, tea and coffee making facilities. The bright, lovely room has direct access to a front veranda. Guests have access to a front deck directly from the bedroom. We have lived in the city for 15 years and love sharing all it has to offer, dining, sightseeing, day trips, cultural venues - so don't hesitate to ask! A lovely, quiet residential street, within walking distance to the QUT Kelvin Grove campus, frequent buses are available to the city and cultural centres. Local eateries are nearby and within short walking distances, a walk into the CBD would take around 40 minutes. On-street parking is available and free, frequent buses into the city are at the top of the street - approximately 100 metres. The city is also walking distance if you enjoy a nice walk, 40 minutes or so, approximately 3 km. We have a lovely Irish Wheaten Terrier dog, Little Bob who loves to greet guests, once you're settled in the house he'll say hello from time to time otherwise you won't notice him!
