Our architect designed holiday cottage is the perfect place to unwind. Furnished to an exceptional standard, this luxurious accommodation is light and airy and benefits from 4.5m ceilings, bifold doors to the garden and underfloor heating. Perfect for romantic getaways and active couples who want to relax after enjoying the Dartmoor countryside The Cottage has its own access and outdoor area. The adjoining Spa is booked out well in advance and any guests wishing to use the spa are advised to check its availability prior to booking to avoid disappointment Set in 1.5 acres, the accommodation is both remote yet also well connected. Okehampton is just 2 miles away with easy access to the A30. Local highlights include a pub at the bottom of the drive and close links to the West Devon Way (walking) and the Granite Way (cycling) The nearest Bus stop is at the bottom of the drive for connections to Okehampton, Exeter and Tavistock Owl cottage and the adjoining Serene Sanctuary Day Spa have been purposefully created by the current owners. Please note that the cottage, spa and grounds are non-smoking/vape free environments. All guests will be asked to confirm that they are non-smoking prior to booking. Sadly, not all our guests take note of this and so we have now decided to add in an additional cleaning charge of £100 for any guests where we find evidence against this policy. Such guests may also be asked to leave early. The cottage is light and bright and offered as a smoke free home from home and we would like to keep it this way for all of our guests.
