A simple villa nestled in the center of Penestanan (small village in the west of Ubud), just off the main road, a small complex with 3 houses, operated by a Balinese family. Easy access by car or scooter. This Villa has 1 bedroom, with bathroom and kitchen, surrounded by garden and private pool. We would be pleased to tell you more about life and culture in Bali. Lots of great restaurants, shops and yoga places very close. The villa is designed with a modern Balinese concept with clean and unique natural stones making your stay comfortable. The villa has a small kitchen and dining table. Enjoy views of pool and garden from the terrace while enjoying your food or coffee. The capacity of this house is for 2 people, equipped with 1 bed and 1 bathroom. Guests get full access in their private room and private pool with Private Gate. Easy access by car or scooter, the house just 30 meters from Jalan Raya Penestanan. Our villa just 30 minutes walk to ubud center, and just 5 minutes driver by car or motorbike. Lots of Restaurant nearby, you can find restaurants for breakfast easily around here, just need to walk 3-5 minutes, For Example : Uma Mandi Cafe, Warung Mandi Restaurant,and ILA Kitchen Restaurant. Just 15 minutes walking to Alchemy Restaurant (Famous Vegetarian and Raw food restaurant). Campuhan Ridge Walk and Museum Blanco just 20 minutes walking. Ubud Palace or Ubud Market just 30 minutes by walking. Monkey Forest Sactuary just 15 minutes by Car or scooter. Tegalalang Rice Terrace 35 minutes by Car or scooter, and etc. The best way to explore Ubud is by scooter, but make sure you have experience as it can be dangerous. We can also organize 1 day Tour with private driver, White Water Rafting in Ayung River, Mount Batur Sunrise Trekking, and Bycycle Tour. Or if you you want to walking to the center of Ubud, you only need 35 minutes by walking. Because Bali is tropical island, we have problem with mosquito, but we prepare mosquito net already in your bed. Also here you can find lizards and Geckos in the house as our location close nature and the trees. And also here is Balinese neighborhood, you will be heard sound of roster and chicken. This house location just 30 meters from Penestanan Mainroad, so you will heard sound of the car or motor cycle. Please make sure your self before booking, because our house little bit far from Ubud Town. If you can riding scooter that is no problem for you :-)
