Broulee Breakers - just one street back from beautiful Broulee Beach, a short walk to South Broulee Beach (patrolled), local shops, cafes and all Broulee has to offer. 'Breakers' is a great beach house for families on a large block in 'Old Broulee' with a peaceful outlook amongst the trees and birds. There is plenty of room for adults to enjoy the upstairs living area while kids hang out in the second family room downstairs with a TV, wide selection of DVDs, Wii player, books and board games. Upstairs: Wifi recently connected via NBN at the property for guests to use free of charge. Login details provided by hosts at check in. Kitchen- including a full size fridge and dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave and pod coffee machine. A large range of kitchen utensils, glassware, cookware, electric frypan, toastie machine and electric hand mixer. Two bedrooms with new queen beds An open plan living room with new, modern furniture (Two x 3 seater lounges and a single lounge), smart TV connected to free house wifi, reverse cycle air conditioning unit. A large 8 seat dining table Separate bathroom (clean, older style with new shower head and refurbished bath) Separate toilet Note that there is no child gate on the wide stairwell. Large front balcony with outdoor lounge. Rear balcony with WeberQ BBQ and 2 seat table Downstairs: Third bedroom with new tri-bunk (Double bed on bottom, single bed on top) A second lounge or fourth bedroom with reverse cycle air conditioning unit, a futon double bed, TV, Blueray player and a wide range of videos, Wii player/games, books and board games. A laundry (with washing machine and dryer) that provides a second bathroom with separate toilet and shower. Large storage area under staircase for all your beach gear. Three boogie boards are available for use by guests. All linen provided- Quality Sheridan sheets, pillow cases, doonas, doona covers, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. Guests just need bring their own beach towels. Large fully fenced back yard with six seat outdoor setting. Initial supplies of toilet paper, shampoo / conditioner, soap, tea and coffee pods, long life milk, washing up liquid, OMO and staple pantry items are provided. You are welcome to use any pantry items provided on site. Undercover parking and easy self check in. Please note we are not accepting bookings from school leaver groups.
