This spacious apartment is located on the 1rd floor of a quiet building very close to the center; there are a double bedroom with a full size bed, complete bathroom, Full equipped kitchen with table, and a living space with couch, coffee table, tv and wifi. Also there's a large balcony where u can smoke or just relax. Prime location: car parks nearby, pharmacy 24 hours, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, market, station, city center, hospital and university. My apartment should be considered your second home. Super cozy with a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dinner table, sofa, TV's and WIFI. The location has just been renovated and newly furnished; The double bed is equipped with full double size orthopedic memory bed; it comes with heating and hot water already operational and up to speed. Your stay will include fresh linens, comforter, pillows, towels, shampoo, and everything you need for personal hygiene, towels included. The kitchen will be stocked with water bottles, coffee with sugar and tea bags. I am always available. I will respond to questions with in 1 hour. I check my emails/text often and will respond promptly. Also, I encourage my guests to call 3 hours prior to their arrival. The whole apartment is at your disposal I live in the building and I will welcome you personally and remain available in case of need. Check-in can be agreed together and according to mutual availability starting from 13:00 until 20:00 from Monday to Thursday and from 13 to 19 on Saturday and Sunday (check regardless of the official time indicated in the announcement in case of temporary changes); check out must be done no later than 10:00. Any different needs can be considered.
