Can Fressa is a beautifully renovated old Mallorquin manor house with 7 private apartments and a shared garden with a pool, located in the centre of Alaro village, only 1 minute walk from the square filled with lovely cafes, restaurants, bars and patisseries. This lovely private apartment offers 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people. Perfect location for hikers, cyclists or a family wanting to enjoy their holiday in a beautiful Mallorquin village surrounded by the spectacular Tramuntana mountains. This lovely apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 2 en suite (Website hidden by Airbnb) does not have a kitchen, but there is a large fully equipped kitchen in the house which guests can use. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house with direct access to the garden and a pool. It also has several dining tables in the garden under the wonderful bamboo plants. It is a very spacious and bright apartment, ideal for 4 people. The house owns a wine celler and wine shop with the best wines from mallorca & spain There are several common areas like the pool, garden, 2 barbecues, areas for relaxing, hammocks, pool table and a big communal kitchen. The Property Owner will liaise with guests before their arrival and answer any questions they may have, share recommendations and make necessary arrangements to make sure guests have a wonderful stay and be available at the property during guests visit. Alaro is a romantic place in the middle of the Sierra de Tramuntana. After a good glass of wine and a nice dinner you don't have to take the car to get home, you can walk because the house is located in the village, 5 minutes from the main square. For outdoor lovers Alaro offers amazing walks and cycling in the mountains. For those who like a taste of the island - some of the best vineyards and restaurants are only a short drive away. Although it is not a must, we strongly recommend to rent a car when staying in Alaro. Alaro is centrally located and with a car you visit many beautiful places on the island. Mallorca has so many places to explore, so if you want to discover in an easy way, a car is the best option. Alaro is not well connected with public transport. There is a bus going to the train station in Consell and from there it is possible to take the train in the direction of either Inca or Palma, but to go to places like Valldemosa, Sant Elm, Cala Figuera or Estrenc, you will need a car. Please note that roads in Alaro are very narrow. We recommend renting small cars rather than MPVs. We recommend using it to avoid any delays or problems with getting lost. The property does not offer parking space, but there are parking spaces on the main road outside the property and a free large car park behind BIP supermarket located only 3 minutes walk from the property. Smoking is only allowed in the garden.
