Bright house with huge garden and pool

House located in the heart of Llivia for 9 people. Spectacular community area with access to the pool and tennis court. It is very cozy and bright. With all services 5 minutes on foot. The house has 3 double bedrooms plus a mansard with 2 nest beds. There are 2 full bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bathtub. The dining room has a large table where you can eat all together and 2 sofas to relax. You also have a table in the garden with 2 benches and two sun loungers to relax. On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall that gives access to the kitchen, the dining room-living room and the stairs that goes up to the rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and has access to the dining room. The dining room - lounge has access to the garden and has a 2 meter table with 2 benches and 4 chairs. Up to 10 people can eat togheter conformtable there. There are also 2 sofas and a television. In the garden we have a table and 2 benches and we also have sun loungers available. On the first floor you will find 3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bathtub. Then there is the mansard with 2 nest beds set up as a play space. The garden is large with huge trees and wood benches. You can relax in one of the sun loungers we have. Enjoy your meal in the garden after a game of tennis and a cold and relaxing swim in the pool. Guests can enjoy - Community garden - Tennis court - Children's playground - Swimming pool (from June 1 to September 15) There are 2 persons available in case you may have any problem nearby.
