Quiet ELW completely equipped with 3 rooms

Completely furnished flat with all what belongs to it. From the flat screen TV, Wlan and the completely furnished kitchen with washer. . . . it has been simply thought to everything. Quiet and comfortable atmosphere, the lodging is directly in the field edge and therefore one can be relaxing undisturbed. The following things belong to the Kittchen: - Cutlery - plate of service for 6 people - different pots and frying pans, - all necessary culinary utensils (cooking spoon, Wender, bottle-opener etc. ) - a coffee machine, - a water cooker, - a toaster, - a Microwelle, - a dishwasher, - a fridge with freezer compartment, - Cooker with Ceran cooking field, - a spice rack with all necessary spices, - Sugar and alternatively sweetener In the greeting of our guests we lay a small basic care for the first breakfast ready z. b. a small muesli choice, butter, coffee, milk, jam assortment, mineral water and toast bread. The following things belong to the bath equipment: - Soap / shower gel - Hand / shower cloths - Make-up mirror - Toilet paper The bathroom accessories also become with longer stay always for you refilled. In the bedroom: - Children portacrib with additional mattress - Change bedclothes (relations) summer / winter blankets - a small choice in different books - an ironing board and a steam iron In short, we have tried to think of everything to allow a very pleasant and relaxing stay to our guests. Should there be not enough something, we are to be reached with pleasure any time for our guests. The flat owns own access and therefore you are undisturbed during the whole stay. With pleasure we are also for questions or information to destinations, tours or all other further inquiries for our guests there. Here in the closer surroundings companies are such as Kärcher, AMG, Bosch and Stihl. Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Winnenden has a very nice city centre and one can eat there very well and are a matter strolling. Here in the place there is in 300 m of distance everything what one to the everyday life needed. Has opened also a baker of also Sunday. In the vicinity (about 8 minutes walk) there is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with an offer for the whole family. The bus stop is to be reached comfortably at 4 minutes on foot. By the coach one is at 9 minutes in the railway station and with the city railroad one goes at 20 minutes directly in the capital of Stuttgart. With the same road one is also without changing directly at 45 minutes at the airport or directly in the big exhibition centre in Stuttgart.
