Apartment with sea and Etna view 3

This apartment is part of the Residence Schuler with garden and open view to the sea and Mount Etna, located on a small hill in a residential area in Taormina only 4 minutes walking distance from central Corso Umberto (pedestrian area of Taormina), and 3 minutes only from the supermarket and the nearest restaurants. The apartment "D" has a size of 96 square meters (1033 sq. ft.) with a terrace of 20 square meters (215 sq. ft.), and consists of: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, living room, and a terrace over viewing the sea and Mt. Etna. Provided with heating, air conditioner, washing machine, WiFi, telephone, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, coffee maker, toaster and ironing equipment. Baby coat and baby chair are available on request. Taxi service also available on request from or to Catania airport by Minivan, max 5 persons, 90.00 Euro, from 6 to 8 persons by minibus 130.00 Euro. From June to October a bus shuttle service to the beach is available at the price of 10/15 Euro a person and it includes: transportation to/from the beach, access to the beach resort ( lido Caparena) which provides umbrella and sun bed. Parking: Inside of the Residence we have a small parking area for 2 cars and on request a space can be reserved at the price of 7 Euro a day. Otherwise it is possible to reserve a free a tourist parking permit, allowing you to park on the public spaces near the Residence and also anywhere else in Taormina. Another solution is to park in the 24/7 municipal multi-storey car park of Porta Catania which is located just before the entrance of Taormina and at a 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Due the narrow roads of Taormina and our own small parking area, for clients arriving with big cars we suggest this last solution.
