Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests. Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay! The Scandinavian design throughout the building from the lobby all the way to your bedroom. Bathroom with hot water shower and toilet. Great city view during the night, beautiful sunrise, and golden hour at 3:00 PM. The apartment built exclusively for you with shared gym, infinity pool area, air conditioned lounge with wifi and shopping area right outside the apartment lobby. Please do let us know what you need during your stay, we will guide you through, or assist you directly if needed, feel free to contact us :) Tangerang is located very close to jakarta (30 minutes drive by freeway, 1 hour by public transportation), pretty much a growing urban area with the surrounding office and shopping mall. The traditional market in Pasar Lama is quite famous for being an alternative retreat for a more traditional and laid back option to visit. Although Tangerang being the next growing city next to Jakarta, it doesn't have the same traffic density as the capital city, people that are working in Jakarta are pretty much staying in Tangerang and commute daily to go to work. The distance between the city and the international airport Soekarno-Hatta is 45 minutes away by car ride, other options such as airport train from Batu Ceper train station available 10 minutes drive from the apartment. 10 minutes drive to Tangerang - Jakarta Highway Road (Tol Tangerang - Jakarta) Online carpool (Go-Jek & Grab) drop-off and pick up points, Blue Bird taxi stands also available. Local transportation is also very much available nearby for other options. Town hospital available 10 minutes drive, Alam sutera and BSD City area (AEON Mall, IKEA, ICE BSD) available 15 minutes drive. Parking is available 1 vehicle for each apartment unit so don't worry about parking space :) Check-in time is starting from 2:00 PM but you are always welcome to come early to wait at the lounge. Deposit is required to be submitted prior to your stay, and should be returned 1x12 hours after guest checked out. Late checkouts may be available at a cost, though you can always use the pool and wait at the lounge before going to the airport. During your stay especially going around the public area, you may meet with our neighbor in the lounge area or gym area, please practice social distancing during the pandemic, respect others by wearing face mask and use the hand sanitizer available around the area while you're there.
