Our modern 2 storey home is located at Craignish a quieter, outer suburb of Hervey Bay. Our huge home is an entertainers dream inside and out. We offer full amenities , one bathroom that has a great hydrotherapy spa bath to de-stress in. Modern kitchen with many appliances. Cappachino machine for fresh coffee . A large dining table for any large families. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and fresh linen supplied. A maintained pool, sun loungers, bbq and a great fire pit for colder nights. "You get the whole house." A modern home with spectacular ocean and sunset views that's in a quiet location its a great location to use as a base to explore Fraser Island or see the whales. The sea breeze keeps our home lovely and cool even on the hottest of days although there is reverse cycle air conditioning to make you even more comfortable. The house rooms and bedrooms are extra large so you can move around freely without tripping over one another. Bedrooms have comfortable beds and fresh clean linen. Our house is very well equipped as I have provided many extras so your suitcase will be much lighter. A fire pit area is there of a night if your wanting to keep warm and enjoy a few drinks. With our huge outdoor area it can cater for outside dining as well. This place is suitable for couples, business people stopping in Hervey Bay for the night, tourists and all religions. Room to bring your boat and safely park all your cars. We have Frazer Island where you can catch a ferry across, visit Lake Mackenzie, champagne pools, Maheno shipwreck or even spot a dingo or two roaming along the beach as there are many tours available. You might like to enjoy the day of whale or dolphin watching and encounter other marine life along the way. A golf course is around the corner if you feel like having a hit or just relax around our pool on our sun loungers taking in the magnificent views or reading a good book. All areas inside and outside are for your use except for 2 rooms which are closed off. We are led by our guests preference, we are a friendly social couple but respect your space with peace and quiet as it is your vacation time. as we wont be there you are welcome to call me in the event if you need assistance or information during your stay as we will be not far away. Craignish have some lovely ocean views the area is quiet as we are 15 minutes from Hervey Bay. We are close to the ocean and have a great beach with a picnic areas and barbeques to use . Being tidal you can enjoy a stroll along anytime of the day. Its not overpopulated so you can enjoy your alone time if needed. The pub is only 3 minutes away or in short walking distance, also courtesy bus available where you can get a reasonably priced meal and a cold beer. We are a 5 minute drive to a foodstore for all your grocery needs and the café out front does great fish and chips and burgers. There is a short drive to a lovely café Arkarra Gardens where you can go for short walks , feed the turtles at the lake and it also has many species of birds. Only 500 metres away there are two golf courses if you like to have a hit. The area here is very quiet and a safe neighbourhood. There is a bmx park around the corner for the kids to take their bikes and a nice picnic spot as well having bbq and toilet facilities. Friday nights a van comes often and you can get woodfired pizzas off him. We are 10 mins to Toogoom a seaside village with a great pub on the oceanfront and a lovely café as well. You can launch your boat or Kayak and have a great day there. We are 20 minutes to Burrum Heads which has great fishing. We are a great base for Bunderberg as well. There is a bus stop right near our front door or you will need a car if wanting to sight see. If your wanting to just come for the weekend to relax and are flying in or coming in by bus I can pick you up for a small fee. Check in and checkout may be altered during holiday time. Once supplies run out they wont be replaced. Bedroom 4 is 2 floor matresses which are set up in games room. 2 rooms are locked off bnb linen closet and storage room. 3rd bathroom is toilet and basin only.
