Kufri Sunrise Penthouse

Watch the sunrise over the snowcapped mountains and a 180 degree view right from your bed or venture out on to the terrace and smell the pine trees and breathe fresh. Sit on the terrace and soak up the sun all day long. The cozy apartment is on the top 4th floor of Kufri Ashray and is furnished with a double queen bed and sofas to seat 4 people. It also has an interconnecting door to another bedroom that guests could book separately on Airbnb. There is a 250 sft private terrace attached to the space available exclusively for the use of our guests. There is a small kitchenette with an induction stove and a few cooking utensils. A grocery and convenience store is a few yards from the building where one can buy basic needs. There is a restaurant in the building that serves breakfast and meals on a chargeable basis. Guests have for their private exclusive use the studio penthouse and the attached terrace The property is managed by our friend and his wife who stay close by. We are reachable on phone and (Hidden by Airbnb) It's a quite yet accessible abode in the mountains that guests would love The property is accessible by road and is 17kms drive from Shimla. There are several picnic spots and trekking route nearby. If you'd like to explore there are several options Please note 1. There is no elevator and guests would have to climb stairs to the 4th floor 2. There is a stilt parking available for guests to park one car or van 3. Please beware of monkeys who sometimes come to the terrace. It's important not to leave food or belongings on the terrace. There us a stock on the terrace to ward off the monkeys. Usually they keep to themselves and don't trouble if you leave them alone 4. There is water scarcity in Kufri and Shimla. Hence please use water judiciously
