My place is in city center. I am NOT living in the house. We design all systems is working automatically. When you book it you will have your own private bedroom( including WC inside) in the city with code you can access 24/7. You can do self-check in with code at anytime. When you book we committed it is final we have never cancel any booking. You’ll love my place because of modern design, clean, quiet, and safe. It is very quiet luxury house area of district 1. it is a heart of Saigon. when you book private room then you will have one private bedroom ( including wc inside) and terrace roof for washing machine & dryer lines You have a fully furniture in each private bedroom such as : make up table,chair , hair dryer, iron, etc 5.You will have as the following: One number of 43" internet LED TV, Iphone or ipad ready connector -smart lighting system inside the house - Iron, hair dryer each private bedroom -air-conditioners with remote - Wifi - high speed internet 30 MB per sec -Cable TV with international channels -Towels, toiletries also provided. -Washing detergent and softener also provided( shared) -Washing machine and also dry lines in roof floor (shared) -1 bedroom has 1 king bed (180x200cm - foam and spring mattress) and layered satin cotton sheets and pillow cases - there are three cameras in the house , two are outside, one in the living room Estimated distances to : - Ben Thanh Market (wholesale, souvenir, street foods) – 3km( ~ $2.5 by taxi) - Nguyen Hue Street (shopping,bars, restaurants,night clubs ) – 3.0km - Ho Chi Minh City Hall – 2.5km - Unification palace – 2.2km - Ben Nha Rong Ferry terminal – 3km - Notredame Cathedral / Central post office – 2km - Ho Chi Minh Central Post Office – 2km - War Remnants Museum – 2.5km - Zoo & Botanic garden – 1.5km You can use kitchen & living room as shared areas I am NOT living in this house but i will come when needed
