Charming home with pool Rocamadour, River Dordogne

Great house for a perfect holiday with families and/or friends. You can do as little or as much as you like. Staying by the pool, playing ping-pong... or visiting all the great sites in the area, from Rocamadour to Sarlat and all the small picturesques villages around. The house is well decorated, light and airy. The house has all the charm of an old house but is modern with many windows to let the sun in. Ground floor: - american kitchen, dining area and lounge with chimney with opening onto the terrasse, - big bedroom (chambre 1 on the photos), - bathroom with italian shower, -wc. 1st floor: - bathroom with bath and wc, - bedroom with 2 single beds (used as a double, chambre 2 on the photos), - walk through room with futon, - big bedroom with 2 single beds (used as the kids bedroom, chambre 3 on the photos). It is in the little village of Meyronne by the Dordogne river and near St Sozy (2kms) which has a great butcher, little supermarket (Au Panier Sympa), bars & restaurants. More shops at about 15 kms (Souillac, Martel or Gramat). Entire house with: - space to park 3 cars, - big table and chairs for the terrace, - charcoal barbecue, - table tennis, - badminton game - enclosed private swimming pool (9x5 m) with sun loungers and balancelle. We are not around but you can always contact us by phone, text or email. A lot of sites are at less than an hour by car: Rocamadour 9kms, Grottes de Lacave 5kms, Martel 13 kms, Gouffre de Padirac 17kms, Carennac 22kms, Sarlat 41kms, Domme 42kms to mention just a few. You can also easily rent Canoes for the Dordogne (rental in Meyronne with transfer back by navette) or go for Accrobranche (like Go Ape) near Sarlat. You will need a car to get around. Nearest airport is Brive-Souillac, 26 kms. Toulouse and Limoges are 1 1/2 hour away.
