You will enter the property at the rear and will instantly see the lovely delabole slates on our Grade 2 Listed Building. - self check in. The basement has been renovated, with care given to keeping the character. There are approximately 10 steps down to the basement with a handrail. The bedroom sleeps max 4. Pets are welcome at a fee of £35 per stay, max 2, which is payable on arrival by BACS or cash. Medium/small dogs. There is a minimum 1 night stay midweek and 2 night stay Fri - Sun You enter the property through the back garden at the rear, which is shared. There are a few steps down into the basement from where you are completely self contained. The flat has been recently renovated with care given to retain the character as much as possible. We are dog and cat friendly - Maximum 1 at £35 per stay, possibly 2 if little dogs or cats . We ask that pets are house trained and non scratchers/biters of furniture 🐱 🐶. Please enquire before booking. Payment for pets is due on arrival, payment via BACS or cash. Please advise if need bedding for sofa bed, (if a booking for 2 and not sharing) and it will be placed in the bedroom in a large laundry bag. We are able to accommodate max 4 people, there is a sofa bed in the main bedroom and also in the kitchen diner, if do not wish to share, will need to jig table a little, and curtains for privacy to the outside space. If you are arriving after dark as soon as you enter the garden security lighting will come on, to assist with parking/safety. We’ve endeavoured to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay, if there’s something you need please ask. The basement holds the boiler and water supply to the whole house. In the case of an emergency we will contact you in the first instance to request access. Will try via Air BnB or a simple knock on the french doors. Please note: This would only be if access is absolutely necessary. The flat and garden are STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING, you will need to go into the lane at the rear to smoke. The flat meets all of AirBnb’s cleaning Protocols. The flat is self contained within the basement. You may call on me up to 7pm at night if needed. We are in the city centre..... only steps away from 200m from the stunning Plymouth Hoe- swim wild, enjoy a cider, cream tea, fish & chips, there’s endless choice. 3 minute walk from the historic Barbican, there’s so much to see, too much to list. Simply park up and enjoy, you will be within walking distance of the Historic Barbican, 200m from the Promenade on Plymouth Hoe, 2 minute walk to the city centre. Off street parking is available for a small/medium sized car - FREE at rear of property, please enquire on booking There is also on street parking at £10 per day - we are based in Plymouth City Council Parking Zone H. I am able to apply for on street parking permits @ £5 per day - please advise on booking - Parking zone H The flat and garden are strictly NO SMOKING OR VAPING
