You will have full, undisturbed access to the entire place. Guests will have full access to all facilities on the property except the rear shed. Guests will have undisturbed privacy. Walking distance to Myrtleford town centre, shops, restaurants and cafes. 50 metres to rail trail. 1h15m to Mt Hotham and Falls Creek Snow Fields. 25 minutes to Lake Buffalo. 5 mins to swimming in the Ovens River. 20 minutes to historical Beechworth and beautiful Bright. In the winter months there is a daily bus service to the snow fields. Also a bus can connect you to the train in Wangaratta that runs from Sydney-Melbourne. The town centre is a 5 minute walk. 57 is fully air condition so it’s cool in the summer and toasty warm in the winter. It has a coonarra in the lounge that gives the living space great ambiance. We provide plenty of wood. The lock up garage provides safe storage for your car and push bikes.
