A quirky 1 bedroom suite in an old 1880s cottage. Guests have the use of a shower room, living room with sofa bed and spiral staircase to a double bedroom, all with air conditioning. Off street parking and a rear courtyard garden. The property is a 1 minute walk from Winton shopping centre and town bus routes. A 5 minute drive from the centre of Bournemouth and beaches. A great location with bars and restaurants in walking distance and a quick bus ride or drive to the centre of town. The homely living room, has a spiral staircase up to an upstairs double bedroom. Off the lliving room is an entrance to the utility and shower room and also a back door to a courtyard garden. ***VERY IMPORTANT*** Please be aware that our house is not suitable for hosting parties, stag or hen party’s or events and celebrations. Additional guests other than those booked, are NOT permitted. We live here, if these rules are ignored you will be asked to leave. The house is located near the shops and bars of Winton (a suburb of Bournemouth). There are bus routes and a taxi company around the corner or you can walk into town in 35 minutes through Meyrick Park. We advise guests to park their car on the drive and relax for the weekend by using public transport. In the summer it can be very difficult to drive or park in town or by the beaches so it’s far easier to just jump on a bus. We have a great air conditioning system in the suite so you will keep lovely and cool in the hot weather.
